To live calmly is something much closer to home than you currently think and in my mind it starts with clarity. The majority of stress management programs work off techniques. To me technique based programs fail to identify who’s in the drivers seat in your life or why we feel out of control. As you will discover in Living Calm the research tells us “the critical part of dealing with stress is identifying how the individual deals with stress which is often overlooked.”

Living Calm helps you identify who is really driving you and what that means. The answer to that question has surprised quite a few seminar participants. Once you know WHO is driving and HOW they are driving then you can take the wheel. Living Calm guides you to cultivate greater awareness and select skills and lifestyle options suitable to your needs and beliefs. We do not try and make a strategy fit you. Rather we help you identify the kinds of strategies you need; the strategies that will best suit you. Because of that approach Living Calm moves you into action and the life you want – easily.

The program is called Living calm because that is our aim. Our goal is to move toward increasingly levels of calmness. Now there’s many ways to do this. The way that makes sense to us is to:

  1. Make a decision to become more calm.
  2. Define calm for you
  3. Identify where you are on the path to calm
  4. Do a skills gap audit – on the skills you need to cultivate calm:
    • Interpersonal
    • Lifestyle (includes nutrition, exercise, unresolved issues etc)
    • Values
  5. Design a path to meet the perceived gap
  6. Get you on the road to the life you want.

So we start the program with stress because we want you to have a clear understanding of the role it plays in your life. And that understanding will form part of your compelling vision for the future. So in the Living Calm program you will learn:

  • All about Stress and how it works in and on the body
  • How you ‘do stress’ and what that means for you
  • How to slow stress and ageing
  • Strategies to deal with stressful events
  • Introduction to the “Biology of Belief” and how it relates to stress
  • How to design a personalised multi pronged approach to living calm

It’s the system that I’ve used to make real change.

The course is available in two formats Fast Track and Fundamentals.  The Fast Track module is concise program to give you an insight in to the program and get you on your way quickly.  The Fundamentals is a comprehensive program that focuses on give you the right information, so you can make the changes that you need to live a much calmer and purposeful life.
