This article discuss our attempts to work with local GPs so clients can get the best of both worlds and give patients  what they want.  The Australian Medical Association (AMA) released  a position paper on complementary medicine in 2002 which found the 80% of surveyed GP’s had referred patients for complementary medicine at least a few times a year. ‘Nuts and bolts’ of stress explored

Recently, Health By The Bay held the second part of the Living Calm stress workshop at Rockdale Council with great success. This workshop provided audience with insights as to why typical stress management programs do not work as effectively as claimed. From the workshop: “Research shows a critical part of resolving the negative effects of stress is an understanding of how the individual in question deals with stress — that is usually overlooked.”
