Thanks for an awesome session of Laughter Yoga this morning. I had the beginnings of a headache this morning and now it’s gone.

The presenter, Ms Antonietta Natoli, was full of life herself, bounding with enthusiasm and very personable. I was impressed that while professional and very experienced in her field, she made the participants, mostly seniors, feel very relaxed and engaged.

This is my third and best laughter yoga workshop! Antonietta brings extensive experience in yoga and confidence as a teacher of all age groups to this informative and joyful experience.
