Your order will be processed, packed and dispatched in most cases within 2 working days. Your order is dispatched from Sydney on business days only. If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, we will endeavour to contact you.
We use Australia Post, Parcel Post and Express Post for all deliveries depending on which method you prefer.
Delivery times for your order will vary depending on your location and which method you have chosen to receive your goods, but is generally between 1 and 5 business days depending on Australia Post. All orders sent via Express Post and Parcel Post require the recipients signature, so please provide a daytime delivery address where you can be available to sign for the parcel. If you are unable to sign for the parcel Australia Post will leave a card and you will have to collect your parcel from a location near to you. We ship a lot of hard to find, large, heavy & inexpensive items all around the country. The only way we can provide this service is to adopt a USER PAYS system. The weight of your parcel & your location form the basis of the calculations. All the charges will calculate automatically during the checkout and we do have a shipping estimate calculator on our Shopping Cart page if you’re confused by what’s above. Simply add your items to the cart and put your postcode in to the shipping calculator to find out what the charges are.

If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace please include the name of the business in the delivery address details.
